This flex feeder ensures that parts are always at the right position for a robot by combining vision technology with a 3-axis vibration technology. By placing parts in a bucket equipped with a vibratory plate, the parts are evenly distributed. The vision technology scans which parts are ready to be picked up and if parts are not lying down properly, the vibratory plate ensures that the objects are moved. The vibratory plate can move in 3 directions, allowing almost any object to be steered in a certain direction. The Asycube 240 is suitable for parts from 5-40 mm.
