For a flexible supply of parts to a robot, the flex feeder Asycube 380 is a suitable solution. The latest version in the Asycube range from Asyril combines vision technology with a 3-axis vibration technology to always offer parts to a robot in the right way. Parts are placed in large or small quantities in a container by a conveyor belt. The bottom of the bin is equipped with a vibratory plate that distributes objects evenly over the surface. The vision technology tells the robot which parts can be picked up and which cannot. If no parts are found that can be picked up, the vibratory plate ensures that they are ready in the right position again. It is also possible to place a structured plate on the bottom of the bucket where objects fit in. The Asycube 380 can handle objects from 15 to 60 mm.
