The vacuum gripper must be supplied with compressed air and is mounted on the wrist of a collaborative robotic arm. In combination with the Robotiq Wristcamera, a fully automated pick-and-place task can be created with which the cobot itself detects and picks up the products. Installation and programming are integrated in the cobot’s software thanks to a simple plug-in.
The Robotiq AirPick is a powerful vacuum gripper that creates a vacuum via an external pneumatic vacuum generator. The gripper can be equipped with one or more suction cups. In this way, a tailor-made gripping solution can be put together to suit the process to be automated.
