Thanks to a 3-axis vibration technology, the Asycube ensures that objects are always in a good position for the robot to pick them up. A conveyor belt places the objects in a container with a vibrating plate underneath. The vision system scans the bin and determines for the robot which object to pick up. The parts are evenly distributed over the surface by vibration of the vibrating plate, regardless of the shape of the object. It is also possible to use structured base plates with holes or grooves in which the objects fall. The Asycube 50 is suitable for parts from 0.1 to 5 millimetres.
