The Asycube 80 consists of a conveyor belt that feeds parts to a bin with a vibration plate from which a robot extracts parts. The vision system tells the robot which objects to pick up and the vibratory plate ensures that the objects are lying in the correct position. The vibratory plate can move in 3 directions so that objects are always evenly distributed over the surface. It is also possible to use a plate with a certain structure in which objects fit exactly. The Asycube 80 is suitable for objects from 3 to 10 millimetres.

The Asycube 50, Asycube 80, Asycube 240, Asycube 380 and Asycube 530 can handle parts from 0.1 to 150 mm.
