Lesen Sie mehr \u00fcber den Prozess und die Ergebnisse.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tPinbett-Test\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Alle produzierten Leiterplatten m\u00fcssen selbstverst\u00e4ndlich hohe Qualit\u00e4tsstandards erf\u00fcllen, und bereits w\u00e4hrend des Produktionsprozesses finden eine Reihe von Inspektions- und Testmomenten statt.<\/p>\n<p>Eine der Testarten, die Global Electronics einsetzt, um sicherzustellen, dass die Leiterplatten fehlerfrei ausgeliefert werden, ist das Stiftbett. Dabei handelt es sich um ein System, bei dem die Leiterplatte auf ein Pinbett (bed-of-nails) gelegt wird. Die Stifte kommen so mit verschiedenen Testpads in Kontakt, um die Qualit\u00e4t der Leiterplatte zu pr\u00fcfen. F\u00fcr diesen Nadelbetttest hat WiredWorkers einen automatischen Testaufbau entwickelt.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.wiredworkers.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Logo-electronics.png\" alt=\"Logo electronics\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"500\" width=\"500\" title=\"Logo electronics\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 500px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 500\/500;\" \/>\n<h2>\n\t\tAutomatisierte PCB-Pr\u00fcfmaschine\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Um die Leiterplattenpr\u00fcfung zu automatisieren, entwickelte WiredWorkers ein automatisiertes PCB-Test-Setup mit dem TM5-900 von Techman Robot.<\/p>\n<p>Der Roboter nimmt die Leiterplatten mit einem Vakuumgreifer auf und legt sie dann in eines der beiden verf\u00fcgbaren Pr\u00fcfger\u00e4te ein. Sobald der Test abgeschlossen ist, erh\u00e4lt der Roboter ein Signal vom Testger\u00e4t mit dem Ergebnis: gut oder abgelehnt. Wird das Produkt f\u00fcr gut befunden, legt der Roboter die Leiterplatten in die daf\u00fcr vorgesehenen Beh\u00e4lter ab. Im Falle einer Ablehnung wird das Produkt beiseite gelegt. Die Mitarbeiter, die zuvor damit besch\u00e4ftigt waren, die Leiterplatten manuell in die Pr\u00fcfmaschinen einzulegen, haben nun die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich mit wirkungsvolleren Aufgaben zu besch\u00e4ftigen. Diese Verlagerung hat sie nicht nur von der monotonen Arbeit der Leiterplattenbest\u00fcckung befreit, sondern ihnen auch die M\u00f6glichkeit gegeben, kompliziertere Aufgaben wie Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle und Analyse zu \u00fcbernehmen.
