Lesen Sie mehr \u00fcber den Prozess und die Ergebnisse.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tPr\u00fcfung des Lichtsensors\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Alle hergestellten Produkte m\u00fcssen selbstverst\u00e4ndlich hohe Qualit\u00e4tsstandards erf\u00fcllen, und bereits w\u00e4hrend des Produktionsprozesses finden eine Reihe von Kontroll- und Pr\u00fcfmomenten statt.<\/p>\n<p>Eine der Testarten, die Ott Hydromet verwendet, um eine einwandfreie Lieferung der Produkte zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, ist die Pr\u00fcfung des Lichtsensors. Mit einer eingebauten Kamera macht der Roboter ein Bild von einem Ausrichtungspunkt auf dem Tisch, um sicherzustellen, dass die Position des Tisches dem Roboter bekannt ist. Anschlie\u00dfend nimmt der Roboter einen Sensor vom Tisch und setzt ihn in die Pr\u00fcfvorrichtung ein. Die daf\u00fcr verwendeten Greifer sind Sonderanfertigungen. Danach wird die Kappe auf den Sensor gesetzt, und der Test kann beginnen. Dieser wird durch den Roboter gestartet. Der Cobot wartet dann, bis der Test abgeschlossen ist und nimmt den Sensor wieder aus der Testvorrichtung. Wenn der Test erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde, wird der Sensor wieder an seinen Platz im Tisch gelegt, wenn nicht, wird der Sensor beiseite gelegt.
