Damit kann der Roboter pr\u00e4zise, kraftsensible Aufgaben wie F\u00fcgen, Montage, Finish und Produktpr\u00fcfung ausf\u00fchren. Der Sensor wird direkt am Roboterflansch montiert und ohne spezielle Verkabelung installiert.<\/p>\n<p>Der Sensor hat einen Messbereich von +\/-300 N f\u00fcr Kraft und +\/-30 Nm f\u00fcr Drehmoment, eine \u00dcberlastfestigkeit von 500 %, eine Datenausgaberate von 100 Hz im Datenstrommodus und eine Masse von 300 g. Das Signal ist digital \u00fcber RS-485 (Modbus RTU oder Datenstrom) und damit unempfindlich gegen St\u00f6reinfl\u00fcsse. Er besitzt eine steife Metallkonstruktion und eine verschlei\u00dffreie Messtechnik.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Universal Robots wird er mit der Software Force Copilot geliefert, die ohne Programmierung Funktionen f\u00fcr Werkzeuggewichtskompensation, Nullabgleich des Sensorwerts, Handf\u00fchrung, Ausrichtung, F\u00fcgen und Konstantkraft bietet.<\/p>\n<h3>Typische
