Sie wird am Roboter montiert und arbeitet ohne Druckluft, wodurch Vakuumgreifen auch an Cobots ohne Luftversorgung m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n<p>Sie liefert bis zu 12 l\/min und ein maximales Vakuum von 750 mbar bei einer Versorgung mit 24 V DC und 13 W Nennleistung. Die Einheit wiegt 775 g und arbeitet bei 5 bis 45 Grad Celsius. Prozessdaten stehen \u00fcber IO-Link zur Verf\u00fcgung, eine Condition-Monitoring-Funktion hilft, St\u00f6rungen und Stillstand zu vermeiden, und \u00fcber die NFC-Schnittstelle l\u00e4sst sich das Ger\u00e4t per Smartphone, Tablet oder Computer auslesen und konfigurieren.<\/p>\n<p>In Kombination mit Schmalz-VEE-Endeffektoren lassen sich einem Cobot viele Greiffunktionen hinzuf\u00fcgen, zum Beispiel zum Entnehmen aus Verpackungen.
