Er gibt dem Roboter Kraftr\u00fcckmeldung f\u00fcr kontaktbasierte Arbeiten, und die HEX-Software unterst\u00fctzt die Einrichtung der Kraftregelung, Bahnaufzeichnung und Kontakterkennung.<\/p>\n<p>Der HEX-E ist die hochempfindliche Variante der HEX-Familie. Sein Nennbereich betr\u00e4gt 200 N in den Kraftachsen, 10 Nm um X und Y sowie 6,5 Nm um Z, bei einer rauschfreien Aufl\u00f6sung von 0,2 N (Fxy) und 0,8 N (Fz). OnRobot empfiehlt den HEX-E, wo h\u00f6here Empfindlichkeit gefragt ist, etwa bei Kraftregelungsanwendungen wie Schleifen und Einsetzen von Stiften. Bei schwererer Last oder l\u00e4ngerem Werkzeug empfiehlt OnRobot stattdessen den HEX-H QC.<\/p>\n<p>Die QC-Version ist der HEX-Sensor f\u00fcr den Einsatz mit dem OnRobot Quick Changer. Sie wird mit Adapterplatte, einem 5 m langen M12-Kabel, Befestigungsschrauben und einem Torx-Schl\u00fcssel geliefert. Der Sensor hat Schutzart IP67, wiegt inklusive Adapterplatten 0,347 kg und arbeitet mit 7 bis 24 V.
