Er ist f\u00fcr kraftgeregelte Arbeiten mit schwererer Last oder l\u00e4ngerem Werkzeug gedacht, bei denen die Momente um den Sensor gr\u00f6\u00dfer sind.<\/p>\n<p>Der HEX-H ist die Variante der HEX-Familie mit h\u00f6herem Drehmoment. Sein Nennbereich betr\u00e4gt 200 N in den Kraftachsen, 20 Nm um X und Y sowie 13 Nm um Z, seine Drehmomentkapazit\u00e4t ist also doppelt so hoch wie die des HEX-E QC. Der Kompromiss liegt in der Aufl\u00f6sung: Die rauschfreie Aufl\u00f6sung betr\u00e4gt 0,5 N (Fxy), 1 N (Fz), 0,036 Nm (Txy) und 0,008 Nm (Tz). OnRobot empfiehlt den HEX-E QC, wo h\u00f6here Empfindlichkeit gefragt ist, und den HEX-H QC, wo h\u00f6here Last oder Werkzeugl\u00e4nge gefragt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die QC-Version ist der HEX-Sensor f\u00fcr den Einsatz mit dem OnRobot Quick Changer. Sie wird mit Adapterplatte, einem 5 m langen M12-Kabel, Befestigungsschrauben und einem Torx-Schl\u00fcssel geliefert. Der Sensor hat Schutzart IP67, wiegt inklusive Adapterplatten 0,35 kg und arbeitet mit 7 bis 24 V. Er ist ein anderes Produkt als der HEX-H mit CAN-EtherCAT-Konverter, der separat verkauft wird.<\/p>\n<h3>Typische Anwendungen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Kraftregelung mit schwereren Werkzeugen oder
