Eine einzelne Schneckenpumpe, angetrieben von einem Elektromotor, f\u00f6rdert das Medium, sodass am Werkzeug keine Druckluft ben\u00f6tigt wird. Er verwendet Standard-400-ml-Kartuschen nach DIN 1284 und nimmt mit dem 310-Adapter auch 310-ml-Kartuschen auf. Typische Medien sind Fette (NLGI 2-3) und Silikone.<\/p>\n<p>Der Dosierer wird \u00fcber einen einzigen 8-poligen M8-Stecker mit dem Roboter verbunden und mit dem Aim Robotics URCap eingerichtet, das den Anwender durch die Installation f\u00fchrt und Reinigungszyklen enth\u00e4lt, um Materialablagerungen in der D\u00fcse zu begrenzen. Die Dosiergeschwindigkeit folgt der Roboterbewegung, sodass Raupen auf beliebigen Formen, Fl\u00e4chen und in beliebiger Orientierung in kontinuierlicher Bewegung aufgetragen werden k\u00f6nnen. Pr\u00e4zision und H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit h\u00e4ngen vom eingesetzten Roboter ab.<\/p>\n<p>Die mechanische Schnittstelle ist ISO 9409-1, Typ 50-4-M6. Der FD400 ist f\u00fcr Universal Robots UR3e, UR5e, UR10e und UR16e ausgelegt.<\/p>\n<h3>Typische Anwendungen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Fetten und Schmieren von Bauteilen<\/li>\n<li>Abdichten und Auftragen von
