Er hat 16 Standardpositionen f\u00fcr Saugn\u00e4pfe, verteilt auf vier unabh\u00e4ngig steuerbare Kan\u00e4le, mit bis zu 48 L\/min Gesamtluftstrom (12 L\/min je Kanal). Der hohe Luftstrom hilft bei por\u00f6sen Materialien wie Karton, bei denen Greifer mit geringerem Luftstrom das Vakuum verlieren.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr Standardkarton gibt OnRobot eine typische maximale Traglast von 10 kg an, wof\u00fcr alle Saugn\u00e4pfe n\u00f6tig sind. Bis zu 20 kg sind bei niedriger Beschleunigung erreichbar, abh\u00e4ngig von Werkst\u00fcck, Saugnapfanordnung und Vakuumniveau. Ein separat erh\u00e4ltlicher Halter f\u00fcr hohe Lasten (Artikel 113922) f\u00fcgt 24 Saugnapfpositionen und vier Anschl\u00fcsse f\u00fcr eine externe Vakuumquelle hinzu. Da die Kan\u00e4le unabh\u00e4ngig sind, m\u00fcssen nur die Zonen genutzt werden, die den Karton ber\u00fchren, sodass der VGP20 mit wechselnden Kartongr\u00f6\u00dfen zurechtkommt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Greifen dauert etwa 0,25 s und das L\u00f6sen etwa 0,4 s. Der Greifer hat einen austauschbaren Staubfilter mit 50 Mikrometern, arbeitet mit 24 V DC, wiegt 2,55 kg und hat Schutzart IP54, darf also nicht unter nassen Bedingungen oder mit
