Anders als die elektrischen VG10, VGC10 und VGP20 erzeugt er das Vakuum aus einer Druckluftversorgung von 3 bis 7 bar. Das ergibt bis zu 440 L\/min Gesamtluftstrom, mit dem er Karton, por\u00f6se Verpackungen und unregelm\u00e4\u00dfige Lasten h\u00e4lt, die Vakuumgreifer mit geringerem Luftstrom \u00fcberfordern. OnRobot gibt eine maximale Traglast von 30 kg auf Kartons an.<\/p>\n<p>Der VGP30 hat 20 Saugn\u00e4pfe auf zwei Kan\u00e4len, A und B, die gemeinsam oder unabh\u00e4ngig laufen, und eine intelligente Vakuumregelung passt den Luftstrom an das f\u00fcr die Anwendung eingestellte Vakuumniveau an. Das Greifen dauert etwa 150 ms und das L\u00f6sen etwa 80 ms. Saugn\u00e4pfe mit R\u00fcckschlagventilen sind als Zubeh\u00f6r erh\u00e4ltlich (Artikel 115181) und helfen, wenn Saugn\u00e4pfe auf Fugen oder Spalten treffen. Sie ben\u00f6tigen Firmware 1.0.13 oder h\u00f6her.<\/p>\n<p>Die Druckluft muss nach ISO 8573-1 Klasse 4 gefiltert sein, und OnRobot bietet ein Filter-Regler-Kit (Artikel 114743) an, das separat verkauft wird. Der Greifer wiegt 3,1 kg, misst 390 x 240 x 62 mm, arbeitet mit 24 V und hat Schutzart IP54.
