OnRobot Screw Feeder M2-M6

The OnRobot Screw Feeder M2-M6 is an automatic screw feeding system for the OnRobot Screwdriver. The Screwdriver picks its screws from the feeder, so repeated fastening can run without manual screw loading.

OnRobot offers screw feeding for sizes from M1.6 to M6 (1# to 1/4 inch). This article covers the metric range M2 to M6. The rails are sold separately per screw size (M2, M2.2-M2.3, M2.5, M3, M3.5, M4, M5 and M6), so the feeder is set up for the screw size you use. Screws of size M1.6 need the OnRobot Screw Feeder M1.6 (separate article).

The feeder is an accessory, not a standalone tool: it works with the OnRobot Screwdriver and the matching screw-bit system. Accessory kits, bit holders and bit extenders for the Screwdriver are separate items, and OnRobot lists a feeder fixture (OM-26, M2-M6) for a fixed, stable mounting position in the work cell.
