Description

The OnRobot Quick Changer for I/O kit is the Quick Changer with an I/O-support robot side (QC-R I/O). Like the standard Quick Changer it is a manual, screw-free tool changer: the tool is changed in under five seconds and the repeatability is ±0.02 mm.

It shares the load data of the standard Quick Changer: rated payload 25 kg, maximum torque 40 Nm and a permissible force of 400 N depending on the distance from the centre. The interface is IP67 rated and designed for 5,000 tool-change cycles. The I/O robot side weighs 0.093 kg, compared with 0.06 kg for the standard robot side.
