OnRobot 2FGP20 Fork

The OnRobot 2FGP20 Fork is an electric palletizing gripper for boxes that need support from below, such as open cartons, display boxes, loose-lid boxes and low-rigidity packaging. The forks carry the load while an adjustable top clamp holds the box in place, so no airtight top surface or rigid sidewalls are needed.

Payload is up to 16 kg. The fork stroke is 260 mm at 16 to 180 mm/s and the clamp stroke is 218 mm with a clamp force of 10 to 40 N. Four standard forks (narrow or wide, short or long) cover box heights of 100 to 450 mm and widths of 120 to 400 mm; custom forks or a custom top clamp extend the range. Grip detection reports a secure grip or a lost load, and the gripper holds the load if power is lost.

An integrated vacuum pump with four suction cups handles slip sheets with the same tool; vacuum payload is up to 2.5 kg. The unit weighs 8.5 kg, is rated IP54, runs on 20 to 25 V DC and needs no compressed air. Check that the robot can carry the gripper and the box together.
